We at WeSleep are committed to ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products. To provide you with clarity regarding our warranty terms, please read the following information:
Pillow and mattress warranty:

Warranty period :
- Pillows: 2 years
- Mattresses: 15 years

Warranty Scope : The warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use of the product.

Warranty Exclusions : The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear of products.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance or improper storage.
- Changes or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
- Defects that occurred as a result of transportation after the product has been delivered.
- Damage caused by extreme conditions such as moisture, high temperature or contact with liquids.

Claims Procedure : If you notice a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product for inspection and possible repair or replacement.
